setlr is a tool for generating RDF graphs, including named graphs, from almost any kind of tabular data.
Simply check out the code, optionally create a python virtual environment, and install it using pip:

The tutorial should at least link to a completed version of social.setl.ttl that produces a successful output.

It should work like working with the XML tree, since BS4's API is similar.
REST, SADI, and SOAP would all be pretty useful.
The Tutorial needs some kind of guide (ie diagram, or whatever) explaining what goes where...and which of the files the user will be modifying.
This is one of the most confusing parts of e.g. csv2rdf4lod...
Fixed by changing from . import iterparse_filter to import iterparse_filter in setlr/__init__.py.
