Need ClojureScript support with pluggable implementation (perhaps supporting node-postgres out of the box).

Using defdb unpacks a datasource directly into the calling namespace inside a defonce. This makes it very difficult to change the defdb implementation when running inside a REPL.

Additionally, this issue makes testing with the library difficult and error-prone.
