There's no details in the README, at the very least we need some information on how to make changes locally. Any gotchas, idiosyncrasies of the app, etc., would also be good to include.

A markdown link like (Senior Consultant)[seniorconsultant.md] doesn't resolve as expected.

It breaks the build with "no such file or directory - roles/seniorconsultant.md.md"

Dropping the ".md" causes it to be relative to where-ever it's linked from, for example "consultant/seniorconsultant", which also doesn't work.

Adding a "./" to the front has no effect on either of the above.

It might be to do with how we're parsing the slugs...

Careers listings link to this website, makes sense to link back to careers too, especially since this will be a "landing" page for a lot of potential candidates.

Gives us SSO and more control and detail over the logging, lose the nice dashboards that we get "out of the box" with GA though.

Might need to spike this to see whether the benefit is worth the effort.
