Right Now unhandled requests gives server error add logic in services as well as add exceptions in separate folder and call them here

right now the time taken to retrieve results is more than expected. Consider seeing all endpoints and try to optimize them.

• Retriving tasks based on priority
• retriving tasks based on category
• retriving tasks based on completion
• marking task as complete

• Update logic for getCompletedTaks for a user
• Update logic for getIncomplete Tasks for a user.

Right now there are no tests written for API. So we need to write tests for both the controllers
