Use namespaces

checking for last allowance is doing non sensical things.

• add a description to allowance run
• search for specific description

could also do different type. easier to index not that that will be needed.

if there hasn't been an allowance run before, it defaults to run 1 week. But what happens if I did an initial setup 2 months ago?
How do I know how long ago to run allowance for?

• could use first transaction date, and run it for every week
• stick with current week, but allow editing of date and then run 2nd time from there?
• specify a date - ick, don't like.

I think I like using the first transaction date the best.

when developing on localhost maybe default to no auth unless a env flag is set?
