install not working on emberCLI 2.4.3

Unexpected strict mode reserved word

ted-navbar and asset-rev

{{ted-navbar includes an image to a TED logo, but this doesn't work in production because the asset gets finger printed, and ted-navbar doesn't pick up on the new hash.

Upgrade to new {{each}} syntax to remove deprecation warnings.
