Airbyte only uses the bulk ticket metrics API. For tickets that were archived at the time we first connected via Airbyte, we need to pull those via the ticket API using the ID.

This should be an asset that uses a ZendeskResource (needs to be built) to pull all archived ticket IDs and pull their metrics one at at time.

If this is hardcoded now I think there's a way to make it dynamic -- I use School Leader's manager_employee_number to get HOS and DSO's manager employee numberfor MDSO, it usually roots out weird stuff like when there's a temp HOS or mid-year changes because they have to update it in ADP and we wouldn't have to change it every year.

For int_amplify__benchmark_student_summary_unpivot can we make it so that if a student has tested out or discontinued, their measure level is replaced by "Tested Out" when tested out, "Discontinued" when discontinued, and if they are have NOT tested out or discontinued, then we use the measure level they earned. Create a way to crosswalk discipline to subject to credit type to align them so we can join tables easier (i.e. Discipline is ELA, subjects can be ELA 11 or Reading 3, and credit type is ENG). Can be used for aligning these across assessments, too.

Hey @cbini can we look at this today? I'm supposed to get this tableau back online by Friday. The responses all have employee ids in a field called dfemployeenumber coming from Alchemer.

Applicant table (demographic info) data is null coming from src/dbt/kipptaf/models/smartrecruiters/sources.yml. Recruitment team also wants to add a new field called performance task status.
