ICM20648 support does not seem to work. This is the error that happens when you try and compile. After looking at the make file it seems like a few folders are missing.

i want to get internal reference(drift etc.),how can i get this?

I´m trying to use the kernel driver for ICM-20948. While compiling I get the following error: "icm20648/dmp3Default.h: No such file or directory". I don´t find the file wether in your repo nor in official linux kernel. Where to get this file?

Starting from Linux 5.9, ICM426xx driver is added to IIO, but there are only I2C and SPI drivers, no I3C.

Could you support I3C as well? Is there any plan to have I3C supported?

hello i got an IAM-20860 and wanna use it in linux,how to use this package to dirve iam-20860 in linux,and is this chip calibrated in factory? if not,how should i calilbrate it to get bias or scale error or axis rotation error of two sensors? thank you
