In the microrpc, there is a #include <utils.h>, but this header is not provided

I have been trying to get flexstorm running, however, the Makefile and the scripts in the flexstrom directory seem to be a bit convoluted and containing some old unnecessary lines.

Could you please provide us with a guide/readme on how to start flexstorm?

I would like to use the flexkvs and kvsbench, however, there seems to be an issue regarding either flexkvs or kvsbench.

Here is how I run these two not sure if this is correct though:

For flexkvs I run sudo LD_PRELOAD=<tas_code_path>/lib/libtas_interpose.so ./flexkvs foo 1 and here is the output:

Allocating 1073741824 bytes
Initializing allocator: 262144
Worker starting
Starting maintenance
Closing connection on EOF

For kvsbench I run sudo LD_PRELOAD=<tas_code_path>/lib/libtas_interpose.so ./kvsbench 10.0.0.1:11211 :

core ready: 0
[0] Waiting for connections...
[0] Waiting for connections done
[0] Preloading keys...
[0] load_keys error on conn
Aborted

I'm guessing the flexkvs is getting an empty message from kvsbench, so closes the connection. Is there anything I'm missing here?
