maybe one or two more. Maybe a systematic problem in the URLs?

Longer term, we should have an automated link-checker bot (spider) to inform us when links break. It's been years since I've set one of these up, and probably approaches have changed since then ... maybe there are simple services to subscribe to? I just don't know what the current state of link-checking is. Maybe a good small project for early winter term?

When I cloned to http://ix.cs.uoregon.edu/~michal/makers/ for testing, I found the links in the menu didn't work. Looking at the code in the include directory, the header, I see that they are links to absolute URLs (starting with / ), e.g., /index. If the pages don't live at the top-level of the overall site , then these will break with 404.

If maker club gets its own domain, then that is not an issue. It depends on how the site is deployed.

which was just missed when fixing the other absolute links. Should it be "./index.php"?
