Add name input when joining a game

When joining /:game without query params, you need to be shown a name input before actually entering that lobby

Refactor CSS

CSS should be refactored to kebab-case as suggested here.

Move Lobby to SessionView

Lobby component is currently in "Lander Page". This is counter intuitive when joining a game as /:game is the route for a session, both including the lobby and the game itself.
