Improve formatting in Readme

๐Ÿž Problem

Things like title in Readme file is not rendered correctly.

๐Ÿ’ก Possible solutions

It'd be much better to use correct markdown format to improve it.

๐Ÿ™‹ I'd love to take this up and submit a PR if it is useful

Chat w/ listed women

I am planning an option where you can chat or work w/ the women listed. Reaching out and asking the list is my work.

In the existing website -

  • Enable am option if the listed woman are open for chatting w/ people or helping them contribute in open source.
  • Enable xcoin accounts option or payment they want for their time.
  • Create meeting from their attached calendars.
  • Send zoom/hangouts invite.
  • They rate you after chat, you rate them.

Confusing order

By keeping the list sorted by alphabetical order using the username and not the original names has made the ordering confusing. It will be neater to use full name as the sorting key.

Be consistent with how accounts are listed

In the README, some accounts are listed by their full name whereas some are listed by their usernames. Please make it uniform.
It would be great if both usernames and full names are there for a user. Something like -

tapasweni-pathak (Tapasweni Pathak)

Sort names as per the contributions

Women started adding their names in the repository. I support self nominations, if adding their name here, encourages them. But to keep the purpose of this repository alive, I'll be sorting the names based on the following criteria

  • Number of Repositories (One should own the source code)
  • Contributions made to other projects
  • Last Active
  • Longest GitHub streak
  • Top 3 most starred repositories
  • Number of followers

I can add more criteria if needed.

The new readme will have a table having all these information in separate columns.

As this is a time consuming task, I would be happy to have pull request fixing this issue. I'll study them before merging. Keep your names coming. :)

Update readme

  • Update Readme with more details on how to contribute to the list
  • Add a easy way to let people contribute, who can't Git

Adding @lozinska to Women-Githubers

Hello there. I found this repository on the GitHub. I'm new to Open Source but I would like to gain experience and be a part of this group
