识别本地截图文字，并将信息入库方便查询；具体方案：未整理的放一个文件夹，整理完的放另一个文件夹，整理异常的放第三个文件夹；整理流程为——首先通过雪花id重命名→通过pic_resize模块处理成合适的大小→交给ocr模块上传识别，若失败则移入出错文件夹→将名称、指纹、大小、具体内容这4样信息存入数据库→移动文件至成功处理的文件夹
