and execute successfully.

What is meant by "user only able to edit tags 1 word at a time"?
Is it trying to say that if the user wants to change 1 tag, he has to re-type everything except the tag he wants to change?

for use cases 1 to 3, could they not be bunched together, since their extensions and MSS are mostly identical, with the only change being what the user wants to add.

For the extensions, the use case for wrongly formatted and unaccepted inputs, should they not continue back from step 1 instead of the use case ending?
