Create a page outlining my commitment to accessibility and my willingness to update or fix things to improve accessibility if any aspect of the site has issues.

Write a condition to handle transforming the c++ tag to ---> cpp before being used in the search logic.

On all other browsers (Firefox, Edge, Safari) the tags load into the page without an issue when scrolling down to the "tags" section on /writing and /search. I just noticed this happen a few days after I added the toc generation to .eleventy.js.

My first thoughts were maybe that since the taglist shortcode was defined in .eleventy.js near the toc shortcode, that the small bit of blocking code fs.readFileSync might have been causing rendering issues with that shortcode being "blocked" until the file reading has commenced in the toc shortcode. Needless to say, this is a bit of a brain scratcher for me and I'm trying to better figure out the root cause as I go.
