• Reset master as the Default branch.

Other branches can be created on demand, which will be eventually merged into master or discarded.

• For each run of this batch of experiments, create a subdirectory TIMESTAMPS in mc_result to store individual table files.
• Generate four (instead of one) markdown tables, just like the four LaTeX tables. (The options -md and -tex are discarded.)

Adding Timestamp to the MC result file names to avoid overwriting.

File naming example: targetfile-20190205-113520 generated at 11:35:20, 2019-02-05

• Combine jupiter-refinement-batch.py and jupiter-refinement-batch-minimal.py into one experiment (jupiter-cav2019.py)
• jupiter-cav2019.py: Provide options -md and -tex to generate markdown table (for github wiki) and LaTeX table (for paper), respectively (Generate Both)
• Remove jupiter-all-batch.py from this repository (keep it elsewhere)

Problem: The symbol links do not work in Windows OS.

To Fix:

Goal: Make this project standalone.
