Sorry for bothering

I'm sorry for bother you in person but is there a way I can contact you? I have a few questions about Ethereum app on Ledger Nano X, I tried to email and chat with the Ledger support but there is no response, so I go on github and see that you are a contributors of the app-ethereum
I did try to sign/verify some messages and transactions with chainID = 0 but it does not work, the signature cannot recover and cause the errors, It seems fine with my old Ledger Nano S before and Trezor.
I also tried with the 'CHAIN_ID = 0' in the example SignTx.py and it works fine with my Ledger Nano X, the device can sign the tx and the tx can successfully recovered.

Please advice!
