Keynote HTML about event-site HOT 4 OPEN

I removed last year's speaker in the development version, so we should be able to deploy without that information displaying on the site. I'm still working on making the keynote information dynamic.

@appakz I'm going to make some more changes today to fix a couple of layout issues on tablet and mobile - Issue #26. Since we are pressed for time, my proposed approach is to fix the immediate issues with the layout and publish, and then I'll make the keynote piece and some of the content dynamic for future years.
