Should downloader tests actually perform download operations? Should we mock them instead? Do both?

Determine and implement.

If stickers could not be downloaded for any reason when calling StickerClient.Downloader.download_stickers/X it should be indicated as such. Seperate the ones that failed from the ones that succeeded.

Bonus Points: Indicate why it failed? Download issue? Timeout from concurrency settings?

Determine a consistent style for documenting functions that return large response structs or binary data. There should be a consistent visual style to indicate that data was cut off.

Implement and ensure that tests cover all documentation examples, as DocTests likely won't be possible if responses are truncated.
