There are two demo jobs in ServiceJobMonitorDemoData.xml (run_query and poll_temperature) that are enabled by default and run every 5 minutes. These don't need to be enabled by default and are annoying for local development with the ServiceJobMonitor component in place. The run_query one isn't too bad, but logs a lot. The poll_temperature one does a remote request to get data which is more annoying.

I've been changing the paused attributes to Y on these two ServiceJob records to disable them, but would be nice if it was that way by default and when needed for testing a developer doing that can set paused to N.
