[FEATURE REQUEST] Add license page to site

It's hard to know what license the website & content is under when in the "app".

Add a page in the website UI to let people know what the license of the website is.

Is the code under MIT but the content under CC-BY etc?

Assume that it's all MIT currently

[FEATURE REQUEST] Add release

Would be nice to have a V1.0.0 (or a V0.1.0) release in GitHub to make it clearer to see when there are major & minor releases.
