Since sin(phi) and cos(phi) have been computed, sin(2phi) can be replaced by 2sin(phi)*cos(phi):

And similarly a couple lines earlier for cos(2*phi)

For b+r > 1, it looks like there may be an extra term in equation (33)?

This line does not match equation (33) - seems like E & F got swapped again?

Where do pr & pb appear in the paper? These look different from the p_r & p_b in the paper (which I thought were d_r & d_b in the code):

These expressions don't seem to match p_r & p_b in the paper, but maybe you did some algebra in between?
