We would like to record selected sessions. Therefore we need the participants' consent.

We need to collect and select (visual) pictograms which participants should recreate in a tactile manner.

We will use the TEI's official Discord server. Therefore we need to contact the TEI organizers and ask for administrative permissions.

We will send this template to all participants beforehand. They should fill the gaps and send it back to us. We will then combine all posters to a large one.

we will do the studio on Saturday, Feb. 20

We can ask some participants who are actually experts in tactile-interaction to prepare a short presentation of their research and provide some basic knowledge.

From 1pm to 2pm on February 19th studio organizers can do a short preview for their studio.
