[SM] Plugin optional/simple_witch_bonus.smx failed to load: Native "PBONUS_AddRoundBonus" was not found.
For example if I get 2nd place on CI kills it won't show it to me
Tested on coop
After players leave, their name is still being shown for the current+next VS chapters Sometimes the names got mixed up, e.g: instead of my name for MVP+ Round fact someone elses name gets displayed despite them leaving the match 2 chapters ago.
Chat command "statsreset" and "sm_stats_resetnextmap" set to 1 does not solve the issue.
Does it need to set any parameters on sever ? It doesn't work on my server . I found an old version that can work, after comparison, I found that I only modified some parameters.

The 'Skill Detect' plugin is very useful, great work. I'm going to include it in EQ Retro.
There is however one thing it's lacking: ability to tell between a normal crown and a remote crown/oneshot. It would be great to see it get implemented.
