The handle attribute needs to be properly handled in the impacket converter, as well in the fuzzer.

In the converter, mark classes as "Handle" with a property called 'is_handle'

In the fuzzer, before generating a type check to see if it is the 'handle' type and avoid actually generating these values, instead relying upon the returned value from the server.

Note that these also apply to context_handles, however, they are handled in the fuzzer by detecting if the derived NDRSTRUCT has a 'Data' property that is not a Python class, but instead a string

Currently, with MyStruct[4]; we calculate dataLena s 4, but it should be 4*sizeof(MyStruct).
