It was only used by ItemDuct connection rendering support. After removing support we can probably get by without boxScale and scaling overall when rendering the transport box around traveling items.

We could probably shuffle the code around in a way that sup-state keeps writing to the same ByteBuf instead of having temporary ByteBufs, that get copied into byte[] and then appended to the final ByteBuf.

The class introduces a ton of enums on it's own and makes heavy use of ForgeDirection to figure out which sub-parts of the pipe model to render. We can use EnumSet in these cases to potentially reduce allocations a bit and speed up operations as EnumSet uses a bit field underneath.

ThermalDynamics support was removed with commit 7c4de66, but there are some left over remnants of it in the render state. Clean that up there as well.
