This repository contains R code written for a shiny app that I created for a course I took at the NIH as a Post-Baccalaureate Fellow called Super R with Shiny.

The app allows users to view trends in a variable of their choice (General Cognition, Genetic Risk (for Schizophrenia based on GWAS data in 2017), Socioeconomic Status and Symptoms (PANSS total)) at either monthly or season-to-season increments. Users can choose to look at the schizophrenia sample, a sample of healthy siblings, a sample of controls or all groups.

The app displays the results of an ANOVA based on the user's selections, as well as a summary of the data selected for the analysis, a box plot and a jitter plot.
