Can we restrict the method insertJavascriptIntoFullPage to templates that start with fe_page?
This would improve the performance, since not every hook call would load the root page and attempt to do a string replacement.

With the following commit you added the page rootfallback for Contao 4.9, updating a system with Contao 4.4 is now not longer working.

Error message:

Is the module compatible with Contao 4.9.2? I installed with composer and updated the database. In Contao Manager I can see the package is installed, but I can't find API Settings in the backend.
Where do I need to modify the API Settings in the backend?
