I tried a restore on my Linux Mint PC and after creating running fdisk there were multiple errors visible on screen.

The issue is that my device is:
/dev/mmcblk0

and the partitions created end up being
mmcblk0p1
mmcblk0p2

This script is looking for mmcblk01 and mmcblk02. I updated the script to add the "p" in there and it works fine. ultimately the script should probably look for the existance of the device names it is going to use before it attempts to use them and add the "p" if the device without the "p" does not exist
