Remplacer ceci par la cérémonie choix (https://github.com/sylvainmetayer/agent-ready/blob/master/app/index.html#L179) , ce qui évite au joueur qui veut recommencer de devoir ressaisir son nom d'agent.

The gulp deploy task doesn't include favicons, so they are not loaded on the online version.

Possible solution : Include them by editing the task, or move them to a "images/fav" folder and edit index.html
