Inkscapeslide crashes rather ungracefully when being given a filename that does not exist. Slidecrunch could instead check first that the file exists and send a clean message to the user.

One error that inkslide can send is: "No 'content'-labeled layer found. See --help for more". This error is not relayed to the user by slidecrunch, so you end up wondering why some PDF file was not produced.

Caused by latex_special_chars. Easy fix: replace the array by a sequence of simple str_replace for each special char (i.e. don't try to be fancy).

...and call ImageMagick (i.e. the convert command) in the background to turn them into PDFs.

When including a PDF (or even a SVG), allow to specify what pages of the PDF are to be included. Like this:

| MyFile.pdf 3-10,12,16-19

Change the way it is written to this: AviSynth/AviSynthPlus#161

Fetches all input files mentioned in slideshow.txt and zips them.

Additionally, an option "clean" could delete all other files in the folder.
