" npm run ins" to concurrently run the app

For Amazon Web Service S3

Create Amazon Web Service S3 account at https://aws.amazon.com/
Get accessKeyId and secretAccessKey
Create bucket name "testinstagram" and select Oregon region
Provide public acesss for the bucket
Set CORS configuration
