Please, update the section Table of Contents with the most up to date information as described on the publicly available ENTSO-E documents : Application Profiles Library and RDF-syntax user guide.

Please, update Installation Instructions to reflect the last EAP file published ENTSO-E CIM 17.1.0.

Additionally, please consider updating the title of the README file to:
"Network Code (NC) extension to CGMES for the purposes of Regional Coordination Processes (RCP)"
