Can't make request with FormData
As now, when passing body alongside with request, we can only provide as JSON data, which doesn't work with FormData request
[IMPROVEMENT]: Chapter number should be used when title has not been set.
Currently Suwatte defaults to using Chapter # even when a title has been set. In most cases a title is more useful than a chapter #.
[FEATURE]: Add an option for side stories
Some series include side stories/epilogues to the main story, currently Suwatte doesn't have a way to handle this. Sources currently will set the Chapter number to -1. Adding either an optional parameter to the Chapter type would allow runners to identify what are side stories similar to how the volume has been implemented.
