After upgrading the app, it's necessary to actually run it or reboot the
phone to re-register the alarm with the AlarmManager.  I don't know if it's
even possible to do this automatically on Android or not.  Some kind of
PACKAGE_REINSTALLED broadcast or something?  Need to research it.

Would there be a way to add an option to prevent DealDroid from starting
every time I boot my phone?

I have a tasker license but it won't install on CM7 for dx currently.  

Deals during the work day would be far too distracting.  Retail therapy needs 
bounds.

Until tasker can be installed what other options are there other than start on 
boot?

Support SlickDeals headlines.  This site is a little different since it's
community-driven.  Still just a basic RSS feed that needs a bit of munging.

Why not a custom add option? Is it hard to make a field?

Is it possible to 'sense' things like a woot off?

It'd be great if we could schedule each feed seperately, as woot usually only 
updates once 
at 1am est, for example.

It'd be even better if we could have it auto purchase a woot bag o crap!

Doesn't always return you to the right place..  Still trying to reproduce
reliably.

Having a lot of feeds enabled can result in tons of notification icons on
the bar.  Should add an option to use a single icon to avoid clutter.

Add support for Woot and subsidiaries.  It's just a simple RSS feed, can
use If-Modified-Since to reduce traffic.

Add support for playing a sound in addition to the current notification
methods.

Usually go right to deal site. Lately have been getting:
The web page at content://org.chemlab.dealdroidapp/WHISKEYMILITIA could not be 
loaded as: The requested file was not found. No data found for WHISKEYMILITIA

Same for:
Tramdock
SteepAndCheep
Bonktown
Chainlove

Worked perfectly when first loaded. All other deal sites are working well.

The user should be able to jump directly to the quick-view screen for a
site by clicking some option.

I would be great to have the ability to filter deals by keyword. 

For example, for the steepandcheap.com website the user can specify
"patagonia" and he will be alerted only if there is a deal that contains
the keyword.

Slickdeals now has a mobile friendly sight that would probably work much better 
with this 
program. 

I would suggest BargainJack.com a meta deal site be either added or be reveiwed 
as it has a 
great source of various deal sites.
