But why would the admin node be unreachable? We dont even reboot it. So IMHO, the code is correct - we should stop there because there is something clearly wrong.

OK, so this was meant to be a restartcloud - not a rebootcloud and it did not work out because we changed the network numbering on mkcloud1 host while forgetting the old /root/cloud.d/runtestn file. Should be fixed with a reinstall.
