Consider moving some of the messages in to private messages.

The game should end when the black cards have been exhausted.

This is because I'm using an index to tell which person in an array is the czar.

There are two possible fixes. 1) simply check if I need to change the number of the czar index to something lower or 2) replace the index with a pointer to the player object.
