What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Win7 with all patches
2. Have a display at 1024x600
3. start evo-cubist

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Task manageer gives a short 'blip' with evo-cubist, after a short moment the 
process is gone, no window appears, no idea what is wrong. Startin from command 
line produces the same behavior.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
evo-cubist-1.1-setup.exe on Win 7 32bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

1.) Konfigurationsdatei per Kommandozeile setzen.
2.) Evolution automatisch starten
3.) Nach n Generationen automatisch Programm beenden.

Mutationsparameter im Laufe der Evolution anpassen. Das Ziel muss es sein, ein 
möglichst großes Fitness-Delta von Mutation zu Mutation zu erreichen oder 
über die Zeit möglichst viele Mutationen auszuwählen — oder beides. 

Eine Möglichkeit besteht darin, die Mutationsparameter (Deltas, 
Mutationswahrscheinlichkeiten) als spezielles Gen zu definieren, das über die 
Zeit mutiert. Die Frage ist, wie man die Mutation eines solchen Gens 
parametrisiert. Da beißt sich die Katze in den Schwanz. Außerdem ist 
fraglich, wie man die Fitness eines Mutationsparameter-Gens berechnet.

I'd like to use a version of Evo Cubist which parts the complete area of the 
picture with polygons neither intersecting nor leaving any point uncovered. The 
idea is to use points instead of areas as genome and calculate a voronoi 
partition to get the polygons.

zufällig verteilte Polygone, die sich nicht überlappen und möglichst wenig 
bzw. keinen Freiraum lassen.

Ich habe den Artikel in der c't und möchte die Software gerne auf meinem 
Ubuntu Rechner ausprobieren. Könnten Sie bitte eine Anleitung schreiben, wie 
evo-cubist für Linux gebaut werden kann? (noch besser wäre natürlich ein 
fertiges makefile Script o.Ä. :)

evo-cubist ist ein schönes Programm, mein Laptop tut mir jetzt schon leid und 
ächzt unter der Evolution :)

Mir sind zwei kleine Sachen aufgefallen, beim öffnen von DNA Dateien ( im 
Menü heißt es DNS ) werden Dateien mit der Endung ".svg;" gesucht, zumindest 
qt 4.8.3-4 will die Filterliste jedoch ohne Semikolon.

Drag & Drop funktioniert ebenfalls nicht, weil 
loadImage(fileUrl.remove("file:///")); in imagewidget.cpp ein Slash zuviel 
wegnimmt.
