Some builtin functions are really macros, ie. is defined(value). Macro style function is required.
Macro accept interpreter instance and args as AST node list try evaluate args to implement conditional running.
Currently macro is limited to native impl, no user defined syntax provided.

currently date and times are represented as temporal string, they need to be parsed as data structures and be added operations.
date and time value parsing and builtin functions

implement all involved builtin functions to make feel language applicable.

Unicode variable name need to be supported to let ordinary operators around the world use workflow systems.
