Optimize Docker Compose step in Github Workflow.

Currently it takes roughly 1 minute to pull and start the docker containers needed for testing.
It would be nice if this could somehow be cached? Since it will run on all pushes to main and all PR's.

Add new storage features introduced in LW7 updates

Feature request

Hi there,

There has been some features added to our storage, and we made some changes to the js client library to be able to use those features. It would be great if these could be added to this client library as well!

Once a github release is made, it should trigger a github action that builds, test, and deploys the java package to the appropriate service.

Additional context

Currently there is no decision on wether this should just be GitHub Packages or something like OSSRS from sonatype.
