第一个代码案件我在Jupyter Notebook报错，没办法进行下去了。希望作者能给指点一下。作为纸质版和电子版的读者，我是报着极大的兴趣来学习的，结果第一个案件就搞不下去。我是Mac用户，环境都安装好的。

plotly版本迭代速度太快了，该案例的所有代码用plotly 2.0.0版本可以完美运行，如果使用更高版本，部分代码可能不兼容。
