start date and end always show all tasks 30/11/00-1

This is related to the error #3, where the dates arent stored correctly in the 
DB, if the date is 0000-00-00, this shouldnt be displayed

after installing this application i got this error

Doesn't matter if milestone title is repeated into application.

Remove this restriction.

It's required to order milestones items using id criteria ..

I've installed the script on my server (PHP 2.5.17). But after the first login 
I get the following error:

Complete list of user using pagination component

By default, when you are creating a user, the password input field is enabled, 
so when you press "click here to unlock and change the password" it actually 
locks the field instead of unlocking it. Also, if you try to unlock it by 
pressing the link again, it does not get unlocked, so you either have to 
refresh the page or send the form and re-enter the password after getting the 
validation error.

I know there's no need to unlock the password field since it's already 
unlocked, but for a "create" form, the link shouldn't be there so you avoid any 
issue in case somebody press the unlocking link by mistake.

A simple "Yii::app()->user->isGuest()" should suffice.

Appears error styles .. without error description .. the file isn't never

images should be 32px
