This repository contains supplementary materials for the book chapter "Importance of Microbial Diversity on Health: Perhaps the Best Tool to Intervene in Emerging and Continuing Diseases" in “Microbial diversity in the genomic era: Functional diversity and community analysis, Second Edition” from Academic Press, Elsevier. In this repo, we are including the raw datasets required to produce connectomes for different disease classes with their source of data. In addition, the .svg files for each connectome are also available in /plots.
