能否输出序列相似度结果

孙老师，您好

我在使用使用PasParser时，发现alignment可以计算序列两两之间的相似度，并返回min, max, mean这三个统计值。

作为一个用户，我还比较关心哪些序列之间的相似度比较高，所以以后的版本能否输出一个文件记录着两两比对序列的相似度呢？
