actually, I want something similar tabs like contribution where the club can collect some donations for this we can display our payment QR code or some payment detail something like

A favicon is a small image displayed next to the page title in the browser tab.

You can use any image you like as your favicon. But as per the club website if you add something related to tech it will be more likely to be attractive.

This contact section something looks like the 90s' so make it look like something modern

one click download option for some notes and files should be possible from google drive or some other location

since it is educational website so if you provide option to download the content provided in pdf formate then it will be easy for reader
