Especially for Android WebView by Chrome, this could happen because of our centralize player. This would lead to a completely unusable UI.

In 363a73d we removed outlines for focused elements due to design considerations. Since we have aria-label stuffs, we thought that the removal of outline would not affect accessibility a lot. However, as said by http://outlinenone.com/, it DOES have a huge effect on a11y. As a site that stresses a11y, we need to find a alternataive of outline.

Currently the repo's size is 49MB (see this) and most of it is the history of audio assets, which might be a problem on cloning or source management. We might use one of the following options to handle this:

1. Move audio to another repository
2. Move audio to a object storage

Suggestions are welcomed.

According to reports from users and devs (some reports at the group such as this, and thanks Yuri!), the site doesn't work well with iOS and/or Safari, including:

• Unable to display text on buttons
• Unable to play music

It seems that Safari doesn't like Service Workers and/or Workbox. In a non-SW version (such as 0701e85) the music playback problem is fixed. However, it's still unknown why the button text won't display.

Note that Sentry failed to catch the problems, which means that it's very likely that the problems are silently covered by the browser.

As a consequence of RIIS (rewrite it in Svelte), [email protected] is almost ready and about to be pushed to production, replacing the current [email protected]. To improve user experience, we will wait till the route suisei.moe/button is ready.

Upon the route is ready, v2.0.0 will be written to the master branch of this repo.

I'd like to proposal some variants:

3 and 4 may suffer from same dialogue in different sources. 4 also invoke some translation problems....

We can put all metadata in assets.json, including source uri and clip timing point.

Since suisei.moe starts to gain international reputation (thanks!), we plan to translate the site to more languages (such as fr) as well as more specific languages (such as zh-hans, zh-hant).

And what we need is:

• Fetch the language tag as specific as possible
• Provide rollbacks to more generalized language tags (like zh -> zh-hans)
• Add a language selection menu on page

In the meantime, we are accepting (and appreciating) contributions of more languages on sound translation or interface translation.
