• Should there be commas after both parties' names in the template, only one party's name, or no commas?

Only important for the COVID paragraph to show that it took place during a shutdown or peak quarantine time.

Parts of the code are commented out and/or no longer seem to be used. These parts should be removed.

If the user enters an incorrect docket number, they run into an error. We need to handle the entry of an incorrect docket number better.

Possible fixes:

• Should we have a "Confirm this is your docket number" pop-up on the docket number page so the user is forced to confirm?
• If the user enters an invalid docket number, should we have "This is an invalid docket number." pop-up on the docket number page?
• Should the user not be allowed to continue until they enter a valid docket number?

SME Matt Brooks has said that filing something - even with wrong or partial information does not cause harm - goal is to get machine to stop running against the defendant.

The smart docketing tool will help them find the right court however - it might have been used in other courts to execute the judgment against the defendant-user but the court that issued will be the place they want to be

These will also probably default to the paragrapph that is used when someone said they didnt know about the court date, as opposed to the covid paragraph.

2013SC000994 this number may indicate a code that happened in 2020 and has court code 13, and that is how code currently evaluates it

someone may have a number exactly like this and it indicate a case happened in 2013 that is missing its court code

Also you might both try deleting the basic questions file from your playgrounds:

1. in playground, open basic-questions.yml
2. delete - red button
3. Go to packages, see if the basic-questions.yml is still listed in the questions box, if it is unselect so you only have consumer-default.yml file
4. Push to github new branch "delete basic questions yaml"
5. PR on github
6. Merge
7. delete branch "delete basic questions yaml"
8. See if you have managed to get rid of the basic-questions.yml in this package.

I think this is the way I have gotten it to work before.
If you both do it, in future pushes to github neither of you should have this file in your repositories so it should not get added back in. - I think. It won't hurt anything to try.

Suggestion to add instructions for how to find the courthouse if they use the Smart Docketing Tool. It does not give the address or telephone number and the names of courts are confusing.

Before it is hooked up to the Assembly Line courts list, we should include how to find this information in the Next Steps document as a temporary solution.

The COVID paragraph will be specifically for the covid pandemic issues. The pparagraph about being unware of the court date will take over precedent on most excuses.
