Depending on the court different forms are used. For the initial MVP, the user should call their court and make sure that they accept the Alternative Service by Publication and Mailing. If the court does not, and only accepts the Motion for Service by Alternative Means and Affidavit of Diligent Search, then we will direct them to that form but will not have it built inside this interview.
