Distance threshold has not been implemented.

Making this module and putting it on npm will make this more useful. Making it 
compatible with nodejs and easier to install.

should be:

var avg = ( cSize[c1] * cSize[j] * distMatrix[c1][j] + cSize[c2] * cSize[j] * 
distMatrix[c2][j])  / ( (cSize[c1] + cSize[c2]) * cSize[j] ) 
distMatrix[j][c1] = distMatrix[c1][j] = avg;
....
cSize[c1] += cSize[c2]; // update cluster size later

The clustering is rounding numbers. Example:

Point 28,12.9846865,55.6149134
Point 29,12.9846275,55.6149861
Point 30,12.9847562,55.6150013

It's rounding the following to:

Point 28,12.98,55.61
Point 29,12.98,55.61
Point 30,12.98,55.61

Not very useful if it's rounding the numbers.

When creating the root object follow a standard. Recommendation is to format 
the data so it works with http://d3js.org/
