As a user i want to be able to manualy close a beer run, and to be able to give a reason for the close.

with simple interface to add and remove entities.

As this app is designed to run on app engine then will need to use a JDO/JPA solution

As a user i want the beer run process to follow a predictable format each time

As a usrr i want to be able to create a new beer run.

As a user i do not want to have to go to every desk to take orders.

As a usrr i want to be able to schedule future ber runs.

As a user i want to be able to reopen amd edit old beer runs to correct wrong information.

We should be able to configure a unit price per drink type e.g.

Beer - £1 unit
Cider - £1.50 unit

As a userbi would like to be able to pay for my beer run online.

As a user i want to bebable to place an order from my desk i recieve feedback that the order was registered

As a user i would like to be able to be able to use the beer run system on my phone

As a userb i want to be able to view precious beer runs.

As a user i would like to be able to subscribe to recieve notifications of events to the groups i follow

As a user i want to be able to view and print a summary of a beer run.
